That's right, I'm fabulous.

Look Davney, I added a Twilight countdown ALL BY MYSELF. If that doesn't deserve a pat on the bottom...

I'm sick, my boobs hurt, my back hurts, everything on my body hurts {I'm pretty sure my hair is in pain}.

I don't know that I plan on using Blogger much more, it seems that certain people I migrated here with are coming back home {to OD} where they belong. Joy!

Perhaps I should fold the mountain of clothes laying on my love seat...bah humbug.

If I could turn back time...

Yet another fun little fact about me...the song referenced in my title is one of my most favorite songs to sing obnoxiously loud.

Moving on...

I wouldn't be me if I neglected to mention that the election results make me a very happy girl.

I spent most of my day reading yesterday. I started at about noon and by 5ish I had finished "Marley and Me". It was a beautiful story that, as a hard-core dog mom of 2, registered near and dear to my slobber-lovin' heart. I believe I needed a good cry as well, and it gave me that. I sobbed for the last 45 minutes of reading...to the point where, several times, the husband had to ask if I was ok. I'm not sure my 2-year-old border collie Bailey appreciated me reading that book, I smothered her for the rest of the night.

I started reading "Something Borrowed" {Emily Griffin} during my lunch break today...I haven't gotten too far, I can't stuff my face and read a paperback at the same time, but 2ish chapters in and I'm getting hooked.

Well my darlings, I'm going to enjoy having the house to myself {hubby is out to dinner with his sister, I totally passed on that} and get some reading in before the smelly boy returns.

Question...

As some of you might know, I'm technology-challenged. My blogger is only pretty because Davney made it that way.

I could use some help.

I've noticed that some people have the books they're currently reading on their page and I would like that too but I don't know how.

Help...please.

Ten {fun} Little Facts

1. I make odd noises throughout the day. If I'm not humming some random and irritating song I make my own little concoction of sound effects. My most popular is a mix between an owl and a morning dove...I have no idea why.

2. I giggle, a lot. That is why my boss calls me "Betty"...as in Betty Rubble from the Flintstones.

3. I cry every single time I see the ASPCA commercial with Sarah McLachlan.

4. I have had a crush on a local Meteorologist since I was in the 6th grade. His name is Pete, he's 50...but he doesn't look it and I adore him and his big ears.

5. I want to be a mommy, badly. I'm currently battling with my uncooperative uterus...I refuse to let the bitch win.

6. I'm addicted to glasses...I'm sure that's only because I work in an Optical but I do loooove them. I have 3 pair and currently eying up a pair of green Tommy Hilfigers. *drool*

7. I have absolutely no arch in my feet. No shoe helps and they hurt just about every day.

8. I love my record collection. I inherited it from my Dad a few years ago. It consists of at least 100 old records (ie: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Who, Rush...all the classics).

9. I always wanted to be a radio DJ...there's still a small part of me that does.

10. I dated a vampire in high school. Fine, he was just a silly boy pretending to be a vampire and Lord knows he was no Edward Cullen...and actually at the time it was beyond embarrassing. Have you ever gone to Prom and your date wore fake vampire teeth?? No good.

Have a lovely day.

I'm Bookless...

I finally managed to finish reading "Change of Heart" by Jodi Picoult-I've had that book for nearly a year but always ended up putting it down to start something else *ahem Twilight*. It was amazing but now I'm without reading material which makes me a sad panda. Any suggestions??

I'm bored before work and cannot believe I'm watching "Underdog"...I think someone needs to slap me.

I love lamp.

Just because I rock doesn't mean I'm made of stone.

Hello...ladies. I'm sure its just the two of you, my reasons for being on blogger in the first place. I'm sure if I had a better idea of what I was doing on this website and if I could figure out how to make it just a wee bit cuter I might be tempted to come on more.

Things in Cheesetown are pretty fabulous. I can't believe that in less than a month I'll be celebrating two years as Mrs. Smith. Where oh where has the time gone?? I've got something very special, and borderline perverted, planned for the husband-unit. Before our first wedding anniversary I asked him what he wanted...his response? Me...dressed up as a nurse. Please, don't ask me why. Apparently I married a creepy old pervert. Needless to say, that didn't happen. A month ago I was at a Halloween Costume store and they had this super cute and totally slutty nurse costume. I have every intention of purchasing said costume and suprising the hubby with it.

I think my sexy nurse outfit could kill him =)

I suppose its about time I get a wee bit productive on my day off. I need to fold 20 pounds of laundry (I love it when husband does the laundry but leaves it in a huge heap, is folding clothes that difficult??...boys) do another load of wash, do the dishes, and get a little less stinky. I also have an Edward Norton *drool* movie to watch.

Have a good day ladies!
